Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents during night shift hours
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in health status
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards and facility policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in South Dakota or a compact state
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Must complete agency background check and drug screen prior to assignment start
• Must complete facility-administered background check and drug screen; results may take 7–10 business days — assignment cannot begin until facility results are received

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in LTC or SNF environments
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems commonly used in long-term care
• Strong ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
