Contract | 12-Week Assignment | Rotating Shifts | 8-Hour Shifts | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Cover rotating day and evening shifts, including 6:00 AM–2:30 PM and 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
- Participate in every-other-weekend rotation and holiday rotation as scheduled
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with the plan of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident health and well-being
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN or LVN license in the state of Nebraska or compact equivalent
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract nursing experience
- Familiarity with LTC/SNF documentation and care protocols
- Strong communication and adaptability skills in a fast-paced care environment
