Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across both inpatient and outpatient settings, with travel between two facilities (approximately 23 miles apart) within the same workday
• Deliver acute care PT services in the morning, followed by outpatient coverage in the afternoon
• Float between units based on census and operational needs
• Maintain expected patient ratios of 1:5–10
• Document patient care and progress using Epic electronic health records
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
• Ability to work in both inpatient (acute care) and outpatient settings
• Willingness and ability to travel between two facility locations during the same shift
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be accommodated
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Critical Access Hospital setting
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Experience managing varied patient caseloads across multiple care settings
