Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Occasional weekend support may be required (approximately once per month at an Urgent Care location) | Floating required | No on-call required | Local candidates accepted

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
• Perform phlebotomy and IV starts as a core component of daily duties
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Float to alternate clinic locations as operationally needed
• Assist with urgent care support on an as-needed weekend basis (approximately once per month)

Required Qualifications

• Active, permanent California LVN license — must be in hand at time of submission; temporary licenses are not accepted
• Valid California IV Certification — must be active at time of submission
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC only
• Blood withdrawal certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting
• Flu vaccine required — no declinations or exemptions accepted
• Must be available for scheduling as assigned; no scheduling accommodations can be made
• Local candidates are accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating across multiple clinic or outpatient locations
• Strong phlebotomy skills with demonstrated IV start proficiency
• Familiarity with ambulatory or urgent care workflows
