**Job Title: Therapist - Occupational Therapist**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients, helping them to achieve their full potential and independence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assess patients' abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to address their occupational needs
• Conduct occupational therapy sessions, including activities such as range of motion exercises, fine motor skills development, and daily living skills training
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Develop, implement, and evaluate programs to promote patient engagement, motivation, and self-advocacy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans
• Stay current with best practices, research, and industry developments in occupational therapy
**Requirements:**
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the position is located
• 0-2 years of experience in occupational therapy, with new graduates considered
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting is preferred
• Must have passed a COVID-19 test within 72 hours of start date and provide results 48 hours prior to start date

• 1-Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray
• SAM Search
• ACHA (Updated every 5 years)
• Good Moral Character Affidavit
