Registered Nurse Emergency Room

**Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse - Emergency Room** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. As a Registered Nurse - Emergency Room, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **About the Role:** * Provide total patient care through the use of the nursing process, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs * Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans * Participate in code blue responses and other emergency situations as needed **Requirements:** * Graduate of an accredited school of nursing * Current Iowa RN license * BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certification required * Experience preferred, but not required **Work Schedule:** * Shift 11a-11p (Week 1 M, W Th then Week 2 M, Sat, Sun) * Every other weekend, every other holiday * Full-time nights with three 12-hour shifts per week * Pay period: Monday through Sunday **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and supportive work environment * State-of-the-art equipment and technology * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Additional Requirements:** * Must provide proof of the following employment and health requirements within 5 business days of contract start date: + Resume + Two recent employment references + Online verification of licensure or certification + Immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Polio, Hepatitis B, TDaP, COVID-19, and Flu) + Negative 2-step Mantoux or QuantiFERON Gold results + Proof of physical and 10 Panel Drug Screen + Respiratory Fit Test + Criminal Background Check + National and/or State Sex Offender + OIG-Date + Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificates + Completion of CareLearning education modules **If you are a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge, apply today!**
