Job Title: Therapist - Occupational Therapist

Location: Hilliard, FL

Job Type: 13-week assignment

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Hilliard, FL. As a Therapist - Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve client function, mobility, and daily living skills • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination • Develop and implement adaptive equipment and assistive technology solutions to enhance client participation • Educate clients and their families on occupation-based interventions, self-care strategies, and home modifications • Document client progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 1 year of recent occupational therapy experience in a rehab setting • Active TN Physical Therapy Certification/License • Current BLS Certification • Must have a strong foundation in occupational therapy principles, practices, and evidence-based interventions
