We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Bay State Physical Therapy in Warwick, RI. As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About the Role:

• Schedule: We offer an open schedule with the flexibility to choose from a variety of shifts, including at least two nights or early evenings until 6:00 PM.

• Duration: The position is available for 13-26 weeks, with a guarantee of 40 hours per week.

• Productivity: We aim for 55-63 patients per week, with a schedule typically consisting of four 10-hour shifts.

• Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to patients of all ages and abilities • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Raintree Notes EMR system • Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training

Requirements:

• Licensure: Current Rhode Island Physical Therapy license
• Experience: At least 3 months of outpatient experience outside of a hospital setting or 1 year of PT experience in other settings
• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Certifications: Current CPR and BLS certification
