Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant Studies or related field • Completion of a physical therapy assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) • Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of employment • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients as needed • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
