We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and care of our patients, working closely with our licensed therapists to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy sessions with patients under the supervision of licensed therapists • Assist with patient assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs • Administer and record patient data, including progress notes and treatment plans • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care • Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment

Requirements:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (New Grad candidates are accepted) • SNF experience is highly preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Basic life support (BLS) certification
