As a Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs • Provide evidence-based therapies to improve communication and swallowing skills • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field
Requirements:
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited institution • Current state license to practice as an SLP • 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting (new graduates welcome to apply) • SNF experience preferred • Covid-19 vaccination requirements, including a negative test result 72 hours prior to start date and proof of vaccination 48 hours prior to start date
