Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients' communication and swallowing abilities, identifying areas of strength and weakness • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals and objectives • Conduct therapy sessions, using evidence-based techniques and strategies to promote effective communication and swallowing • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care • Maintain accurate records of client progress, progress notes, and treatment plans • Stay up-to-date with best practices, research, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution • State licensure or certification as an SLP (CCC-SLP) • Current CPR/First Aid certification • Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse populations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
