Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technologist in Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in large, complex healthcare facilities and a strong ability to travel for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology services to patients, including diagnostic and interventional procedures • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans • Perform routine maintenance and quality control of cath lab equipment and supplies • Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and efficiency • Travel to remote facilities for extended periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient data and procedure outcomes

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology • 2 completed travel assignments in 500+ bed facilities • Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures and equipment • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Valid certification in cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology (e.g. RDCS, RPV)
