We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve optimal health and wellness through evidence-based treatment and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans • Provide manual therapy techniques, exercises, and modalities to promote healing, mobility, and strength • Educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and self-management techniques • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Develop and implement interventions to address specific patient needs and goals • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Rhode Island (or eligibility to obtain licensure) • New graduates are welcome to apply • SNF experience preferred
