Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. As a Registered Nurse - ICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill adults and geriatric patients. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill adults and geriatric patients in the ICU setting • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to promote optimal outcomes • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians • Monitor patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data to identify potential issues • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals • Participate in code blue responses and other emergency situations as needed • Document patient information in computerized charting systems, such as EPIC

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU setting • Current certifications in ACLS and BLS • Strong skills in ventilator management, IV starts, and other critical care procedures • Proficiency in computerized charting systems, including EPIC • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
