Required Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy Assistant certification or degree • 1-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting (new graduates welcome to apply) • SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist • Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement exercises and modalities as directed • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a COVID-19 test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date • Must be able to provide proof of state licensure and verification of credentials
