Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients with various physical, emotional, and cognitive disabilities • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care • Conduct home visits and provide therapy services in various settings • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of OK • 0-2 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply) • SNF experience preferred

Covid-19 Requirements:

• Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date
