About the Role:

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care, conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify treatment needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide manual therapy techniques, modalities, and exercises to patients
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics, posture, and movement techniques
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic life support certification (BLS)
