Join Our Team as a Tech - Anesthesia Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Tech - Anesthesia professional to join our team. As a Tech - Anesthesia, you will play a critical role in supporting our anesthesia department, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) with pre-operative preparation, anesthesia administration, and post-operative care • Conduct routine maintenance and repair of anesthesia equipment, including monitoring systems and ventilators • Troubleshoot and troubleshoot anesthesia equipment, as needed • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient anesthesia care, including anesthesia plans, medication administration, and post-operative recovery • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on the latest anesthesia technologies and techniques • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., medical technology, respiratory therapy, or a related field) • Current certification as a Certified Anesthesia Technician (CATT) or Certified Anesthesia Technician Specialist (CATT-S) • 1-2 years of experience in an anesthesia department, preferably as a Tech - Anesthesia • Strong knowledge of anesthesia equipment, techniques, and safety protocols • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
