LVN / LPN LTC/SNF
Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care/Senior Living
Location: Jacksonville, NC
Schedule: Nights
Job Type: Temporary
Duration: 6 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care and Senior Living setting • Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor progress • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Long Term Care and Senior Living setting • Current NC LPN license • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to work 36 hours per week, including nights, and participate in weekend rotations
