Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Location: San Antonio, TX Schedule: Nights (7PM - 7AM) Job Type: Full-Time, Travel We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Labor and Delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women and newborns in a fast-paced Labor and Delivery environment • Assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care utilizing the nursing process • Administer medications and treatments, monitor for side effects and effectiveness, and document patient information • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes Requirements: • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred • 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery or related nursing specialty preferred • Current RN License in the state of TX or compact • Current BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications (AHA only) • Current certification in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) or Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring (IFHM) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) • Completion of all annual competency verification requirements • Experience in Perinatal RN Residency or recent practice in a Perinatal setting preferred What We Offer: • Competitive pay rate • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Collaborative and supportive work environment • Comprehensive benefits package If you are a motivated and compassionate RN looking for a new challenge, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
