As a Physical Therapist Assistant Outpatient, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the mission of our organization. **Job Summary:** * Perform detailed assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and work collaboratively with a team of healthcare experts to deliver patient-centered care. * Provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in an outpatient setting, promoting optimal function and quality of life. **Key Responsibilities:** • Conduct patient assessments, including gathering medical history, performing range-of-motion evaluations, and analyzing muscle strength and endurance. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including exercises, modalities, and education on proper body mechanics and self-care techniques. • Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. • Educate patients on proper use of equipment, techniques, and home programs to promote independence and self-management. • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care. **Requirements:** • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program • Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant or license eligible based on the rules and regulations of the state in which you are applying
