**Location:** Montesano, WA
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
**Job Type:** Full-time
**Required Qualifications:**
* Degree in Occupational Therapy
* Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
* Certification in Occupational Therapy (if applicable)
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assess and treat patients with various disabilities and conditions
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
* Educate patients and families on occupation-based interventions
* Maintain accurate records and reports
