Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry
**Location:** Chattanooga, TN
**Schedule:** Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill a temporary position in a medical surgery setting. This is a 13-week assignment, starting August 25, 2025.
**Responsibilities:**
• Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education
• Monitor patients' vital signs and electrocardiograms (ECGs) in a telemetry setting
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
**Requirements:**
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment
• 2+ years of experience in telemetry or a related field
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
