Registered Nurse LTC/SNF

Experienced Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing Unit Location: Janesville, WI Shift: Days We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Utilize the nursing process and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to care for patients • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures • Develop, initiate, and execute patient plans of care according to individualized patient needs • Document patient care according to standards of care • Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities, including shared governance • Utilize clinical expertise and guidance to support patient care across multiple units and departments • Apply critical thinking skills to ensure patient safety and experience, and escalate concerns to the appropriate chain of command as needed Requirements: • Current WI License • CPR certification • Experience in a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing setting (preferred) Join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
