Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Location: Waco, TX Schedule: Nights Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to women and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. **Key Responsibilities:** • Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs • Create, implement, and evaluate care plans to achieve desired outcomes • Build relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide emotional support and education • Delegate tasks carefully and follow up promptly to ensure seamless care delivery • Use problem-solving strategies to address patient needs and concerns • Stay up-to-date on nursing laws, rules, standards, and guidelines in the area • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills **Qualifications:** • Grad of an Accredited Program in Nursing • RN license • BLS certification (must obtain within 30 days of starting the role) • Proficiency in medical terms and health management **About Our Organization:** Our organization is dedicated to promoting the well-being of individuals, families, and communities.
