Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Norman, OK We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Therapy In Motion. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Key Responsibilities: • Assist Physical Therapists with patient assessments, treatments, and exercises • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and mobility • Conduct patient evaluations, including range of motion assessments and gait analyses • Assist with modalities, such as heat, cold, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Requirements: • Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant studies or equivalent • Certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or eligibility to obtain certification • Current CPR certification and ability to maintain it • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Schedule: This is a full-time, days-only position.
