Required Qualifications:
• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
• RN license
• Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of hire
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Manage critical care patients with respiratory distress, failure, and various medical/surgical conditions
• Administer medications, including critical drips and IV therapies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Participate in unit-based councils to drive nursing practice and improve patient care
