**LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF** **Location:** Honokaa, HI **Job Type:** Full-time, Variable Shift Scheduling **Duties:** • Administer medications as prescribed • Provide skin treatments and assessments • Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) • Administer nebulized treatments • Provide wound care, including vacuum therapy • Care for patients with CPAP equipment • Assist with gastrostomy tube care **Requirements:** • Current Hawaii Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license • Proof of flu vaccination or facility-approved application for medical or religious exception prior to contract start date • Ability to obtain flu vaccination during employee health clearance appointment **Shift Scheduling:** • Varied shift scheduling, including: • 8-hour shifts: Days (7:30 AM - 3:30 PM), Evenings (6:00 PM - 11:30 PM), and Nights (10:30 PM - 7:30 AM) • Weekends and holidays • Occasional overtime (OT) rotation may be required • No guarantee of hours or shift preference **Note:** This position requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting.
