Job Title: Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Rehabilitation setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care to individuals recovering from illness or injury
• Conduct medical passes and perform basic med-surgical nursing procedures
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Utilize rehabilitation equipment such as Hoyer lifts, IVs, pegs, trachs, and wound care devices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Required Qualifications:
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment
• 2 years of experience in rehabilitation nursing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
