LVN / LPN LTC/SNF

Job Title: LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF Location: Clovis, NM Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Nights Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) • Current certification in CPR and basic life support • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing procedures • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Us: • Opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients and residents • Collaborative and supportive work environment
