Reidsville, NC Schedule / Job Type Full-time, 8hrs - Variable Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities • Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, including pediatric patients with developmental delays, autism, and other conditions • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans for patients, including pain management, strength testing, and sensory response evaluation • Develop and implement Home Exercise Programs and provide patient and family education on safety and injury prevention • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists and speech therapists, to provide comprehensive care • Utilize AROM, AAROM PROM, Body Mechanics, Identifying Environmental Barriers, and other specialized techniques to promote patient outcomes Required Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist • Current NC state license • BLS certification • EPIC system experience • Previous pediatric experience required • Outpatient setting experience required • Proficiency with treating patients aged 0-5 years Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience with adult population to enable flexibility when pediatric cancellations occur • Knowledge of cognitive disorders, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, and genetic abnormalities • Experience with Early Intervention Programs and Individualized programs • Milestone assessment and Scoliosis and Spina bifida experience Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a rural community health setting with a rehab clinic providing PT/OT/ST services • Collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth and development
