**Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown** **Location:** Atlanta, GA **Shift:** Days **Job Type:** Full-time **About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse in our Intermediate Care Unit/Progressive Care Unit/Stepdown unit, you will provide high-quality patient care to adults with complex medical needs. **Key Responsibilities:** • Provide direct patient care to adults with cardiac conditions, including STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and C/P • Administer cardiac medications, including cardiac drips (Milrinone, Dobutamine, Pressors) • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans • Monitor and report patient status to physicians and other healthcare professionals • Participate in code blue and other emergency situations as needed • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions **Requirements:** • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sized facility (28 bed PCU/IMCU) • Documented experience in PCU/IMCU with cardiac population • Current BLS/ACLS certification • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills **We Offer:** • Competitive compensation package • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Collaborative and supportive work environment If you are a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
