Job Title: Tech - CT
Location: McKinney, TX
Schedule / Job Type: Nights
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform imaging procedures in two or more disciplines, with a 50% focus in an advanced discipline such as CT, MR, Nuc Med or IR, on ambulatory and hospital patients as requested by a physician or other licensed provider for the diagnosis of disease and injury in accordance with established protocols. • Support CT and X-ray departments on Saturday and Sunday 7:00pm-7:30am and Monday 7:00pm-7:30am, with plus 1-2 holidays per year. • Participate in rotating backup call, approx. every 5-6 weeks.
Required Qualifications:
• Grad of an Accredited Program • Min of 1 Year of Experience • Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer. • Medical Radiologic Tech (MRT): Licensed by the State of Texas Medical Board as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT), unless the role is MRI or Ultrasound. • Certification/LICENSE/REGISTRATION in multiple imaging modalities, such as ARRT-BD, ARRT-BS, ARRT-CT, ARRT-M, ARRT-MR, ARRT-N, ARRT-S, ARRT-VI, RDMS-AB, RDMS-BR, RDMS-FE, RDMS-OB, RDMS-PS, RVT, CNMT, or ARMRIT.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience in CT and X-ray departments • Knowledge of established protocols for imaging procedures
