Therapist Respiratory Therapist

Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Location: Indianapolis, IN Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation • Conduct pulmonary function tests and other diagnostic procedures to assess patient lung function • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs and goals • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes Required Qualifications: • Current Indiana State License and certification in Respiratory Therapy • ACLS, BLS, and RRT certification (with NRP for those placed in L&D) • PALS certification preferred • Education accredited by CoARC and regionally accredited by CHEA Preferred Experience / Skills: • 18 months of recent NICU or PICU experience required • Experience with Servo I, Servo U, and Hamilton G5 ventilators • Experience in pediatric and neonatal care • Ability to float between NICU, PICU, and Peds units Why Join Us: • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment • Professional growth and development opportunities to advance your career
