Registered Nurse NICU

**Registered Nurse - NICU** **Location:** Seattle, WA **Job Type:** Travel Nursing **Schedule:** Nights **About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a Level III or IV NICU setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to make a difference in the lives of newborns and their families. **Responsibilities:** * Provide high-quality patient care to neonates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Administer medications, including blood and blood products, as well as cardioversion and defibrillation * Utilize various medical equipment, including CPAP/BiPap, High Frequency Vents, Oscillators, and Vents * Perform routine procedures, such as feeding tube insertion and PICC/Central Line placement * Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care * Participate in high-risk deliveries and neonatal surgeries * Float to different campuses, including Issaquah or Edmonds SCN, or Pediatrics/NBN (care for newborns only) **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a NICU setting * Current compact license and ability to work in multiple states * Ability to work a block schedule and potentially 3 or more shifts in a row * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills **What We Offer:** * Competitive pay rate * Comprehensive benefits package * Ongoing support and training * Opportunity to make a difference in the lives of newborns and their families If you are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
