Job Title: Registered Nurse - CVOR
Location: Kansas City, KS
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes • Utilize clinical expertise to identify and mitigate potential complications and risks • Educate patients and families on post-operative care and instructions
Required Qualifications: • Current KS RN License • 2 years of CVOR experience in a Level 1 trauma center • Previous circulating experience • Recent strong scrub experience on cardiac surgeries • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting
