Job Title: LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location: Las Cruces, NM
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting • Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of NM • Valid certification in basic life support (BLS) and/or other specialized certifications as required by facility
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility • Knowledge of gerontological nursing principles and practices • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
