Registered Nurse Medical Surgical/Tele
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele Location Cleveland, OH Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care on the medical-surgical/tele unit • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans • Educate patients and families on proper wound care, medication management, and other health-related topics • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes
Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience • 18 months permanent MS/Tele experience prior to travel • Permanent Ohio License or Compact State License in hand • Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification • Willingness to obtain NIHSS prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Charge RN experience • Recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for
