Registered Nurse Hospice
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Hospice
Location: Plymouth, MA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct routine visits in facilities and patient homes as part of a hospice care team • Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals and families in need • Travel 30-50 miles per day to visit patients, with miles incurred primarily in travel to first patient and nearby areas • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Required Qualifications: • Current Massachusetts (MA) Registered Nurse (RN) license • Experience working in hospice care, preferably in an outpatient setting • Strong assessment and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with travel nursing or similar assignments • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology
