Tech Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer
Job Title: Tech - Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer Location: Rock Springs, WY Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provides quality diagnostic images as ordered by physician for various specialties including Abdomen, Breast, Soft tissue neck, extremity, Vascular, Testicular, Obstetrical and Gynecological. • Utilizes various equipment such as computerized charting systems, medication management systems, electronic health records, Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), and Pyxis. • Performs imaging procedures under the direction of a physician.
Required Qualifications: • 2 years of experience as a Sonographer • ARDMS certification in Abdomen and OB/GYN • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with electronic health records and PACS systems • Familiarity with Pyxis medication management system
