Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians • Monitor vital signs, report changes to physicians, and document patient information accurately
Required Qualifications: • Current licensure as an LVN or LPN in the state of NM • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients safely
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience working in LTC or SNF settings • Knowledge of medical documentation and record-keeping procedures • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
