Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
Location: Conroe, TX
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify medical needs and develop individualized care plans • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians • Monitor patients' vital signs and progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
Required Qualifications: • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas • ACLS/BLS/PALS or ENPC certification • TNCC certification preferred • ED experience
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
