Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 12-hour nights, with option for 36 or 48-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical surgical/tele unit • Manage patient pain and discomfort, including administering pain management interventions • Monitor and report patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant information • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options
Required Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical surgical or tele nursing • Must have current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of NC • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and other certifications preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with IV start and telemetry equipment • Charge Nurse experience or Level I Trauma experience a plus • ACLS certification a plus
