Job Title Registered Nurse - Mother Baby/Postpartum
Location Boston, MA
Schedule / Job Type Full-time, Nights, 12H shifts, Every other weekend rotation, Holidays required
Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care to new mothers and their newborns in the Mother Baby/Postpartum unit • Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care • Administer medications, including magnesium drips, as needed • Monitor telemetry readings and report any abnormalities to the healthcare team
Required Qualifications • Current Massachusetts (MA) Registered Nurse licensure • 2 years of experience in Mother Baby/Postpartum care • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience with magnesium drips and telemetry • Prior travel experience • Previous experience in a hospital setting
