Key Responsibilities: • Provide occupational therapy services to clients with various needs and goals. • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to promote independence and participation in daily activities. • Implement evidence-based interventions and adapt techniques to meet individual client needs. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Required Qualifications: • Occupational Therapy (OT) license in the state of MA. • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. • Current CPR certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working with pediatric or geriatric populations. • Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
