Registered Nurse Wound Care

Job Title Registered Nurse - Wound Care Location Los Alamitos, CA Schedule Full-time Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide high-quality care for in-patients and out-patients with wound, ostomy, and HBO needs/conditions • Work independently as a case manager to plan, implement, and evaluate care for chronic wound, ostomy, and hyperbaric patients • Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act, department policies, and hospital procedures while maintaining clinical practice guidelines • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery • Utilize autonomy to manage patient care, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions

Required Qualifications • Current BLS certification • Wound care certification • Active RN license in the state of California

Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience in wound care, ostomy, or hyperbaric nursing • Knowledge of wound care best practices and evidence-based guidelines • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
