Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU
Location: Greensburg, PA
Schedule: Nights
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians • Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques
Required Qualifications:
• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) • Current ACLS and BLS certifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU or critical care setting
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare information systems • Knowledge of critical care protocols and procedures • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
