Job Title: Registered Nurse - Endoscopy/GI

Location Burlington, VT

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform endoscopy procedures, including ERCPs, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Assess and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures, including taking vital signs and medical history • Provide conscious sedation medication and monitor patients during procedures in the procedure room • Start IVs and assess patient's H+P (height, weight, pulse, respiratory rate) information • Participate in post-procedure recovery, ensuring patient's comfort and safety • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Required Qualifications:

• Prior travel experience required • AHA BLS, AHA ACLS certification required • AHA PALS certification preferred • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large, teaching facility • Experience starting IVs, assessing H+P information, and post-procedure recovery for patients receiving conscious sedation • EPIC experience from within the past 2 years

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in endoscopy/gi procedures, particularly ERCPs • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong communication and teamwork skills
