Registered Nurse NICU
Job Title: Registered Nurse - NICU
Location: Fullerton, CA
Schedule / Job Type: Nights, Full-time
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes • Monitor and report patient status to healthcare providers in a timely manner • Educate patients' families on care instructions and provide emotional support during challenging times
Required Qualifications: • 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a level 3 NICU • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of California • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Knowledge of NICU protocols and procedures • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
